I put four stars because yes I do love the nurses and staff there and doctors but my problem is that I tell my provider what's going on with me I'm heard very well but when it comes to refills she forgets to do them and doesn't refill sometimes and I have to keep calling or sending messages on my chart for the refills for my health and pain management. it gets annoying. but other than that I love them dearly. They are good to me and very respectful. and patient and understanding. ☺️
Why is it that every time I go to a government facility here in Tucson, they're absolutely useless and uncaring at the same time? Have to get my daughter's birth certificate to fix mistakes that they made on her information, and they don't have the ability to do anything for it and there is no other place in Tucson to get it done. Our civil services in Tucson are a terrible joke.
Terrible service completely unprofessional Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location to anybody
