Al was extremely helpful in helping us choose a health insurance plan. It is a huge and expensive decision and not made quickly. We took a very long time in finding what we wanted. He presented us with numerous options and explained each one. He was extremely patient during this process. He is very accessible. If on occasion he did not answer, our call was returned quickly.
