GAVIN IS VERY UNORGANISED! TURN AROUND FOR INSTALLATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 6 WEEKS! BOOKED IN FOR LAST THURSDAY THE 05/03/2026, ROLLER DOORS NEVER GOT INSTALLED! GAVIN CANCELLED THE BOOKING, AND MADE EXCUSES! HE NEVER TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PARTS MISSING, OR SIMPLY THE WHOLE GARAGE ROLLER DOORS KIT NEVER ARRIVED FROM DOWN SOUTH! THEN ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON THE 06/03/2026, AFTER MY WIFE CALLED HIM TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON, GAVIN DECIDED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, AND REFUND THE DEPOSIT! Called this man in a panic at 7:45am when the spring on my garage snapped. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes to help get my car out so I could take the kids to school, then was back before lunch to complete the repair. Absolutely amazing service! A million thank yous!
