It is hard to find a dealership as honest as Abrams Automotive. Terry, Drew and Robbie will take care of you like you are part of their family. Have purchased multiple vehicles from them with zero issues.
Made a huge mistake. I truly apologize to Abrams. I accused them of not giving us a memo title. Something told me to look through my mail junk pile. Sure enough there it was. Old age is running up, not creeping up on me. Again I apologize.
I had just bought a 99 four runner from them a week after I got it home every light on the dash was on they were supposed to give me four new tires they never did got one payment behind they came and remove it now they want $800.00 to get it back I have never seen people that do business like this I would never buy another car from these people again...
I texted Abrams and paid $250.00 on an Bill and they text back and said I could keep the car while I catchup on my payments but they came and got it anyway and I am on an fixed income .
