My Pap smear with Ms. Minija was one of the most unprofessional and unnecessarily traumatic medical experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize how badly it was handled until I went to a different provider for my second Pap smear and learned the procedure can actually be calm, quick, and respectful. Even one star is not worth it. I am writing this review after getting my 2nd pep smear from another doctor. I didn't know pap smear can be non-stressful procedure. I realized I've been traumatized by my first pap smear with Ms. Minija. After this incident I could not go and get pap smear because of the trauma caused by Ms. Minija. Mind you she's not even a proper doctor. She is a nurse practitioner. I also had to get my second pap smear done because Ms. Minija forgot to test something in my first pep smear. DO NOT ATTEND THIS OFFICE. They will dismiss you the first time you have an emergency. I explained my situation, being I’m getting closer to delivery and I’ve been in and out of the ER and had car trouble when I could not make my last appointment to this office and first appointment to the delivery Doctor. I was told the delivery did not want to see me because I “cancelled” when I did not. Sounds very fishy to me…. Dr. Abraham is a nurse practitioner and does not deliver. If you are considering Ms. Minija, I would advise you to find someone else. She is horrible and mean, and talk about unprofessional. God forbid you need to reschedule, especially if she answers she will get upset and just chew you out. It’s what she says or the highway. She had to perform a second Pap smear on me because apparently she did the first one incorrectly, when I asked if we could please do it, on my next visit (2 weeks after) she said no and that she needed to do it now.
