Check in process easy, friendly helpful staff. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable, caring, easy to talk and answer questions very precise. Very grateful for the referral to Dr Kim and office.

Great customer service. Taking time to listen and caring treatment
Very kind, very attentive to my issues and very helpful. He said he would do my surgery but since I was from Northern California it was suggested for me to make sure I cannot find help with my current carrier - Kaiser. I still have not had my surgery while dealing with an additional issue first. I highly recommend Dr Kim - and his staff were also very caring and helpful.
