Our AC started freezing over. We called Abraham AC and they were able to come out same day to diagnose the problem. Turns out, we needed a new condenser. We set up an install for the folllowing week. (They could have done it sooner, but we were going out of town for the holiday weekend). AC techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Response time was fast, and now we’re back in actual chill mode! 10/10 recommend, and will use again!
Finally, after waiting too long to take action, I decided to have someone check my A/C, thinking that it just needed a bit of refrigerant. I did my research to find Abraham A/C had the most positive reviews, and were licensed, and had been in business quite a while. So, I took the plunge and called for a service fellow to arrive to check out the A/C. Dustin arrived in a timely manner, checked the A/C, and showed me that the compressor wasn't working. They were courteous and conscientious. They listened to everything that we we were saying and having issues with and addressed them promptly. We haven't had any issues since.
