They were the third company to come out and give me an estimate on my a/c unit and I am beyond relieved to say third time is the charm. If you need a repair on your A/C. you should call Abraham A/C. They are a wonderful company who does exactly what they say they will do. Upon calling them, Claudia cheerfully told me how their company would help. Each time I called I was able to speak to her and get a straight answer. All of the work was documented and done correctly. I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their A/C
I called Abraham after hours, Claudia returned my call promptly, she was compassionate and assured me she would call me in the morning to get me on her schedule. She was true to her word and we only had a short time without AC. The customer service was above and beyond! Thank you, Claudia!
Claudia, Carrissa office staff, and Omar, Adil AC technicians (walk on air) they are that good arrived on time price was right even when I had to change my install date many times due to other work that had to be done at residence.
