Dr. Katz is an exceptional dentist. He has done more than a dozen successful implants for me - none have given me any problem. His demeanor is calming and his touch is very gentle. His equipment is cutting edge with digital x-ray, high-speed drills, and absolutely pain-free anesthesia. His office is up-scale and his staff is very professional. I enthusiastically recommend him to my friends and family.
An excellent dentist and dental practice - highly recommended. I have been seeing Dr. Katz and his hygienists for dental care for about 10 years now. Everything from regular cleanings to fillings to esthetic treatments has been great. Before I was referred to Dr. Katz, I dreaded going to the dentist. General dentistry care. I've observed from other patients that the office is very good about squeezing in emergency situations. However, while the facilities are okay, the overall "atmosphere" of the office is not warm and comfortable. Staff is very absent-minded, often times messing up appointment dates and times. Dr. Katz himself is qualified, but has an awkward chair-side manner. I would not recommend Dr. Katz but I also would not say "run...stay away."
I think Dr. Katz and his team are simply the best! Best dental experience I ever had - fast and painless, and better results than I ever hoped for! I'll go back to Dr. Katz again and would recommend him to anyone. He is not only an expert dentist, he is such an artist! Thank you for my new beautiful smile!!!
Both my wife and I received dental care from Dr. Katz and his staff. The office is nice and staff is friendly and helpful. However, both my wife and I had dental work (fillings) which we consider unsatisfactory. Also, my wife's previous dental work was criticized and work was recommended to both my wife and myself which we consider unnecessary. I'd been going to Dr. Katz for many years for check ups, cleanings, and routine examinations and recently had an experience that caused me to find another dentist. In doing a simple filling, he created a space between two molars that trapped food. My new dentist recognized the problem immediately and corrected it.
I dread trips to the dentist, but Dr. Katz and his staff make visits much more relaxing and pain-free than any dentist I have ever been to in the past. 1st class organization!
The facility and staff are O.K, but I am not satisfied with the job this doctor performed. When you complain about something, he always tells you that everything is fine and you will get used to it. Well, for me it didn't work. My tooth looks agly and still hurts.
Cleanings are quick and thorough. Never had to wait beyond appointment time. Procedures include fillings, onlay, crowns. Sent to specialist for root canals. Crowns required revisit for adjustment but are ok. Doc and staff are nice and caring, and will get you in quickly when you need emergency treatment.
