I had Abracadabra come out last year an come out to cut a tree down and clean up some branches on the other trees in my yard. Drew and his crew did a great job. But when doing the job the broke my neighbors playset by dropping something on it. They talked to the neighbor and me about it an Drew said he would replace it. I called Abracadabra this year to cut down two more trees they recommend to cut down last. We set up a time for Drew to come out and he was a no call no show.
