Where did Customer Service go? – I made an appointment at Abracadabra a while back. I was excited and used the 10% coupon I found on their website. When I got to my appointment, I was surprised by the unprofessional rude greeting I received from the receptionist, who I found out was the owner later on. She was indignant to me told me to have a seat and I would be serviced as soon as my stylist was free. I'm happy! – I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and I love it! The owners are down to earth and so friendly. It's like they've known u forever. The stylist I see (Monica)-Is Great! She is patient and willing to answer any questions. She never rushes her job and makes me feel inportant. She has always done everything I've asked her to do. I have long, dark, extremely thick hair and thats not a problem for her. My whole family sees her and she's great for weddings!

User review by chickcdn – I went there to get a highlight. I requested blonde not to be added. The stylist ignored me and placed bright white blonde hightligts. I also told them DO NOT CUT MY HAIR. They proceded to cut off 6 inches. I was devistated. I had to fly to San Francisco to get my hair fixed. Thery also refused to refund my money.
