Joann does an excellent job of taking care and making your beloved four legged dog or cat look beautiful!!! She always listens to what the owner wants and is always the first to make good when people aren’t satisfied. You won’t find another groomer for the price and individual care that she gives !!!
Less than a star!!! My dog was butchered after being groomed by Joanne at Abracadabra Pet Grooming in Maryland Heights on yesterday (6/29). The last visit she shaved too much hair off claiming he was mated (strike one). This time, my dog was thoroughly combed out just prior to drop off and I mentioned this to Joanne. However, she still managed to butcher him again (strike two) claiming she gets many requests from owners who just want their dogs shaved clean (strike three).
