This shop knows how to treat their customers well! Everybody I talked to was extremely professional and answered every question I had with knowledge. My car was repaired before scheduled and they made the entire process as easy as possible. If I ever need work done again there's no doubt I'll be returning to Abra.
More like ABRA-cadabra! The staff at ABRA treated me like a VIP customer. They took my car in and gave me a sweet loaner while they worked on it. I loved the update calls and texts to let me know how my repair was progressing. Not only did they pay perfect attention to detail to repairing the damage I brought it in for; they repaired an extra paint chip and completely detailed my car before I picked it up! Phenomenal customer service!! They did a great job on my car and everyone was super nice! I loved how often they called with updates to make sure I always knew what was going on with my car!

Stopped in for an estimate over a month ago. Was fine with the price and they said they would order the window for me. Guest service manager said they would call when it was in. Still have not received a call...so apparently they don't need the business and I am now looking elsewhere to find the window that I need. Frustrating!
The customer service was fabulous! The ABRA staff worked seamlessly with the rental car agency and insurance company. I was thrilled when I received my car back not only with the bumper repaired but the inside detailed. I would highly recommend ABRA!!!
