ABRA did beautiful, meticulous body work on our vehicle. We were given courteous service and they gave us a complementary car to use while ours was being repaired.They kept us updated with text messages as to the status of our car.
I was completely amazed by The whole team. Justin made the process very easy to understand and went out of his way to make sure I had truck as a loaner so I could continue to work! The repairs are good as new! They really know how to treat customers for sure. I got my vehicle back one day early as well! Great work
Josh took very good care of the collision repairs to my car. He also handled the insurance claim for me. I am completely satisfied with ABRA La Crosse and would highly recommend.
They didn't use primer on the bumper when it was replaced, the paint is less than a year old and it's already chipping off. The rest of the car is fine.
I worked with Justin, such an amazing dude (which I'm sure they all are amazing but would recommend anyone to go to him) would recommend abra to anyone who need any type of repair done to their vehicle. My truck was done reasonably fast (considering what happened to it I figured it would of taken the full 2 weeks). It looked brand new, did notice one little dent that they did, wasn't mad about it, talk to Justin about it and went it and they fixed it was done in under 15 minutes.
