great body repair shop – very professional and courteous. did a super job on painting a black new car. staff was respectful and did exactly as they said they would do, called when they said they would. very willing to work with you on rental car. work hard to please and make sure you are happy. very good experience. quality work.

Great Service – Recently my Lexus was sideswiped at the mall and my dealership recommended that I take it to Triangle Auto Body. They did a fantastic job and my car looks like new - you would never know how horrible it had been damaged! And everyone was super nice to me (& my crying two-year-old)!

THE BEST REPAIR SHOP EXPERIENCE – This body shop is absolutely phenomenal. My vehicle went from being a mangled mess to looking like it did the day I bought it, and it was finished two days ahead of the projected completion time the staff gave me. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. The color matched exactly, and it runs great. Triangle is one of the TOP 25 shops in the country, and it showed during my experience with them.
I had a great experience – On the contrary, I had a wonderful experience with Triangle Auto Body and Paint Shop. I have a Honda Civic, and I very much appreciated the fact that they ordered genuine parts for it. They were completed with repairs earlier than expected, and they did an excellent job. I very highly recommend them, and have been recommending them to my friends.
6 months later, job still not complete – Completing the job in a timely manner... is that too much to ask for?? My experience at Triangle Auto Body: - The job was supposed to take a 3 days. They left me carless for 2 full weeks. - After writing over the insurance check, they point out that one part is still missing and should come in the next couple days. That was 6 months ago. The part still is not in. The staff is courteous and helpful, but when it comes down to it, I just want the job done.
