The team at Triangle Auto Body are the best...I have taken my car there more times than I care to admit over the past 10+ years. The workmanship is unbelievable they are very conscious of every detail and always go above and beyond on the work. My 2005 vehicle looks like brand new! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get there car back in better condition than prior to the damage!

Our 2007 Honda Odyssey was fixed at Triangle Auto Body & Paint after a front-end collision a few weeks ago. The repairs included major work to the Air Conditioning system including replacing the damaged condenser. After we had the van back we noticed the A/C is not working. There was no problem with the Air Conditioning system of the minivan before the accident. At the moment they are trying to say that the issue is not related to the accident, however from our point of view we cannot see how it is not related.

We are sorry about your experience but as we told you previously, it is out of our control. The A/C going out was not part of the accident as verified by your insurance company. We worked with your insurance company to repair the damage that was caused by the accident. The insurance company will not pay for any additional repair unless it was accident related. Your frustration with this situation is more with your insurance company than the repair shop.

Excellent Work!!!! – After my car accident, in which the other driver was found at fault, I thought oh here we go. . .I'm a single mother who knows nothing about cars, where to take it, who to trust, how to deal with the insurance company, etc. . .Boy did I pick the right place with Triangle Auto Body! Great repairs – The insurance company of the person that hit me wanted me to take my VW Passat to one of their preferred shops but the local VW dealer recommended Triangle Auto Body. The experience was awesome. They handled all communications with the insurance company to restore my car back to new again.Atfer a diminish value inspector looked at my car, he even said it was one of the best repairs he had seen in a long time. Great service & flexibility! – Overall, I was very pleased with the service at triangle body. Billy the adjuster provided me with multiple options based on quality vs cost tradeoffs. He really took the time to understand my needs. Rich was exceptional with his assessment of the situation and also provided options. OUTSTANDING QUALITY REPAIRS – Have used this shop twice and very pleased with great quality of repairs especially their ability to match paint. Best paint blending that I have experienced. Very conscientious personnel who value great customer service and quality of their work. Plus, knowledgeable personnel who explain work being performed and can deal effectively with insurance companies.
Outstanding service and they stand behind their work – I had the unfortunate experience of having a tree fall on my 2006 Infiniti, while I was driving it! The tree took out the front-end, Passenger side front quarter, the sunroof and roof. The team at Triangle did a wonderful job at reconstructing my car so that it looks like new again.
