Definitely worst experience so far. We visited the shop to replace windshield, and it turned out our wiper was not working anymore after they installed the new windshield. The service guy just let us leave with non-functional wipers and did not offer any solution. We called the store back and the only option they could offer was to drive our car back to the store on a rainy/snow day to check the issue! No mobile service provided, just asking customer to drive in a bad weather with non-working wipers. And also they can not re... read more
I will never take another car to this place. EVER. I took pictures of the the damage to my car, and the estimate was replacing things that were NOT broken. This was an insurance claim.
Great place- quick repair-good price-reliable service. – I worked with Katie and she was very helpful. The final price was right on the estimate. My car was repaired quickly, and Katie called me daily to update me on the progress. My car looks great!
