Kaitlyn was an awesome writer. She did everything. She said she was gonna do and more.
Disappointed with my experience with this shop. I called to ask them to help me understand their estimate and they were very short and impatient with me.
I want to update my previous review. While the repair was not to expected standards and was still dissapointing to find out months after the fact, I was called by the manager Justin to explain and received an apology, assuring this was unacceptable. I could tell this apology was sincere. He agreed this should not had passed quality standards, and I am hoping it serves as a lesson. We could not be happier with our experience here. I was in a collision with my jeep and we chose this shop for the repairs. We were covered by insurance, but even if we hadn’t been the price was very reasonable. They made sure we were kept up to date on the status of my vehicle and facilitated our rental as well. The work was done in nearly half the time we’d anticipated. They even vacuumed out the excessive dog hair from our pack 12/10 would recommend
Great team to work with and the repairs looked amazing!
