Made an appointment here after a crash because they work with my insurance. The person helping me first asked me „wow what hit you“ - Ummmh, Sir a car… and then made sure to point out I would likely lose my (pro trans) bumper sticker. Thought it was weird, but went back for my repair. When I came back for my scheduled appointment, having organized a ride and all, I was told I scheduled it wrong and should have scheduled it through my insurance.
