They did very good on repairing my can. Everything looks very good
If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped my car off on October 27 and did not get it back until January 9... and that was only because I escalated it with Allstate, and thankfully, they got involved to ensure I received my vehicle back. Tracy, the manager, told our Allstate representative they would look into covering some of the rental car costs, and as expected, we have heard nothing else from them about that. Everyone at Caliber was very nice and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress. When I had a small glitch after picking up my car, they took care of it immediately so I wouldn't have to obtain a rental again. Would definitely recommend caliber in powell.
