Absolutely First Class service by all team members of the Caliber team. Kept me well informed of the progress and delivered the completed service well ahead of schedule. Excellent job in fixing the impacted area of the car, but their service orientation is first class. Highly recommend Caliber Issaquah for your collision repair.

Service and support that is second-to-none. I had some work done two years ago at Caliber in Dallas, TX, and one of the panels started peeling this year. I now live in the PNW and of course could not drive all the way back to Texas for warranty. Management went way above and beyond when they understood I lived 200 mi away from the nearest location in WA. I was hit on the side of my wheelchair accessible van ad needed the whole door replaced. I was very happy with the repairs at Caliber collision. Kyler kept me informed through out the process.
If you don't want hassles. I'd highly recommend collision fast reliable services and communications are excellent just do it already.
