The receptionist at the desk messed up on making our claim and wrote four different tickets because she was not organized or competent. Kytreil at Fife location does not know what he is doing and lies. Our car sat there for a week before he even looked at it, so we were paying for our rental car far longer than necessary.
I really appreciated the great communication and service I received from Kytrell and Daphne while my car was at Caliber. I would highly recommend Caliber
Great work on the repair as well as the excellent staffs.
They are great! Much better than other shops that hold your car for extended periods of time and do subpar work.
