Unbelievable customer service and the work they did was great! Work was completed ahead of schedule. They even cleaned the inside of my truck, which was not part of the damage they fixed; I was not expecting that. Thank you Caliber Collision for a stress free experience!
I was promised my vehicle back in under a week. Then they broke a windows thing it out unnecessarily and finally got my vehicle back 4 months later. The receptionist was super nice and sympathetic to the situation and the tech was cool. I could never get a straight answer from the person I was dealing with. I will never take my vehicle back to them
After an attempted auto theft, my car was in disarray. I’m very thankful to Brandon and the Caliber Apple Valley team for putting my car back together and treating it with kindness. They reorganized my belongings and helped me move past the experience. Highly recommend!
