I had another great experience with my Audi repair. I just wanted to thank Jamie and the front desk staff member for the excellent customer service provided. Excellent service and a very positive experience for both my vehicles that was repaired back to back. I’m very happy with the repair and thank you.
Kevin did an amazing job of keeping me informed throughout the process, set clear expectations and worked diligently to make sure we got the car back as soon as possible. The work on the car was performed perfectly.
Communication, professionalism, kindness, and empathy in one package! They were understanding of my needs and empathetic to the challenges of a concussion post car accident.
Went with Caliber for my repair through my insurance when a hit and run driver hit my parked car. They made the process extremely easy. The work was completed ahead of schedule, it looked flawless, and they communicated and kept me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them, very professional establishment.
