I wanted to Thank the team at Caliber Collision in Michigan city IN. Kelly at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Jeff was super friendly and gave me a fair and detailed estimate on having the side of my car repaired after getting a scratch from the front fender to the back passenger door. UPDATE: NOPE didn’t get the car done Friday either, and AGAIN didn’t even bother to call to communicate with me about what TF is taking so long. I may just need to get a lawyer for this one. I will NEVER take my car to this place ever again. First of all, they screwed up what they were supposed to fix, so it had to go back to them. They were told at that time by both myself and my insurance company that they needed to get the car done immediately because I had already used part of my rental time. They were told at that time by both myself and my insurance company that they needed to get the car done immediately because I had already used part of my rental time. Then, Caliber didn’t communicate with me one single time, to tell me that parts came in “damaged”, and they took so long that I ran out of rental time, so now I have no car and no way of getting one.
