I just had my car repaired here and the technician John was very helpful, but the manager Dennis is the rudest and most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. He told me that as a customer my opinion does not matter when I questioned their payment policy. And then proceeded to try and threaten me with keeping my car and calling my insurance company once I told him I was going to file a complaint about him. Who treats a customer that way?
