Very happy with the repairs, they did an excellent job. The service was also excellent. Very helpful and nice. Loved that I was kept up to date with what was being done and given a time when repairs would be done through a text. I highly recommend them.
I am extremely happy with the work Caliber Collision performed on my vehicle. I was impressed with the communication they gave me with status and timelines. Almost every day I was kept in the loop via text message. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again. Excellent work!

Communicative, detail-oriented, and kind. These characterize my experience thus far. While I cannot speak to the overall (long-term) quality because I’m just getting my car back, there is a lifetime warranty on their repairs. That speaks for itself. Combined with my experience of their professionalism and what I can see in the before and after photos, it’s safe to say the work is good and they stand behind it. I wish this experience on anyone needing collision repairs.
I couldn't be happier with the repairs. They did the job faster than expected and my Honda Passport looks like new. All Caliber Collision locations are probably ok, but this is a really good one. They wait to get parts in before starting repairs so I was able to drive my car around for a few weeks before doing the repairs. Highly recommended!
