My interaction with the staff at this location was very limited, but really lovely. Misty called me after I filed a claim and it was quite clear that they ran an efficient office. She informed me that they’d make the rental car arrangements and walked me through their process. Unfortunately, my car was totaled out, but I had a really nice conversation with Misty and Angel on the day I cleaned out my car. Amazing team done great everything from keeping me informed helping me with the paperwork to doing absolutely amazing job on the truck
I was able to get my vehicle in for repairs right away. They kept me informed by text and calls throughout the entire repair process. I have hand painted detailing and was worried they wouldn’t be able to get it right but they did excellent!
