Misty was very helpful and patient! She made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Everyone here is very welcoming and they even cleaned my WHOLE car before I picked it up! 10/10 experience!
Caliber Collision provided great work. They were keeping me updated on where we were in the process for my repair. They finished my repair two days early. There customer service and communication is more than a 5 star.

Our brand new SUV was rear ended! Caliber did a wonderful job doing the repair work for us. They were extremely professional and communicative. We received regular texts as it moved along the stages. It did take a long time to get repaired, but perhaps as we told them we weren't in a rush because we would be own during the repair. The finished job looks just like new. We highly recommend Caliber Collision! Just hope we don't need them again :-)
