I have had two automobiles repaired at Caliber Collision through USAA insurance. The quality of work was excellent. Communication concerning progress of the repairs was timely, and the vehicles were completed on the promised day.
The staff was friendly and professional, providing updates throughout the repairs. The repairs were completed on schedule, and they handled my rentals return.
I had some work done here, and Rich took extra care of my vehicle and all parts of the job.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision. I was in such a stressful place when I brought my car in – life has been full of changes lately and this was just one more thing on my plate. Todd and Katrina were incredible from start to finish. They were kind, understanding, and made the entire process feel easy when I was feeling overwhelmed.
