RecommendedDr Phil leads his whole staff by example. Everyone is caring and concerned, meticulous about sanitizing, thorough in their explanations and strives for excellence! Dr Phil adapts to each patient, and for example, worked with me for year adjusting with his hands to be as gentle as possible and he prays for me while doing so. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for chiropractic adjournments!
Dr Phil and his team maintains professionalism. the focus is on being healthy and staying healthy...getting adjusted is helping me with this chronic back pain that I’ve been having.
My experience ABQ Family Chiropractor has been nothing short of a miracle! I’ve had trouble sleeping and needed medication in order to sleep for 9 years. After seeing Dr Uphold for several weeks I no longer take that medication and I am able to sleep without any issue. Overall, I feel wonderful and happy I made the decision to receive services from Dr Uphold.
Highly recommended!!! I have had extreme back pain and a painful stiff neck. Not only was my lower back pain relieved after one session but, my energy levels are through the roof! I haven’t had a single headache/migraine and it’s only my been a month. Can not recommend enough!

Friends...you must go see Dr. Phil. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I met him a few months ago and was extremely impressed with the environment and professionalism not to mention that he is extremely knowledgeable and current in his profession.
