I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The office was easy enough to find.
They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
