ABX is awesome! Every class, and every instructor, pushes you to your maximum
I've been going consistently to ABX for a year! I love all the instructors, the variety of classes (cardio barre, yoga sculpt, and cardio dance to name a few), and the childcare! The instructors are always changing the classes which keeps things exciting and challenging.
Just experienced my first class ever and it was amazing. Laura was awesome and really helped me and other newbies with our form. I'm already looking forward to my next class !
