ABX continually supports and challenges me in my fitness goals. I love the atmosphere of complete support for where you are but always pushing you to be your best. The classes are intense and fun and you feel AMAZING when you get through them!
ABX is life changing in like 12 different ways. DO. IT.
Had my first experience at ABX this weekend and loved every minute of it. The owner, Christy is so lovely, hilarious, and as amazing instructor. The studio is so open and beautiful. I love the woodfloor in the studio room!!! Check this place out!
One of the best labors of love I've been involved with. As one of the owners also,and being involved in fitness over 20yrs, I can say with confidence you wont find a better place for barre, yoga, cardio dance and pilates. We demand the best from our instructors and our environment. We also offer a sister studio for group equipment pilates classes at real results training. You wont find better value for your time and dollar.
Fantastic studio and instructors! I love the variety of class offerings (barre + yin = mindblown!) and the overall vibe of ABX. I always leave feeling stronger, motivated and challenged. Christy and all the gals are just fabulous! Love this gem in GP!
I love this studio. The owner and instructors are amazing. They help you push yourself. Just in 10 visits I am stronger and I am seeing amazing results.
