Dr. Angela Pollard and her office are top notch! I have been going to Dr. Pollard for years. The are professional, efficient and know their business.
I connected with Dr Pollard about 6 months ago due to high risk pregnancy and a loss before. Dr Pollard made sure everything was going smooth this time. She scheduled all the appointments on time and checked us throughly. Dr planned ahead and I delivered my child very smoothly and successfully at El Camino Hospital with a normal delivery. Dr Pollard is highly experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Pollard. One of the best doctors one can have !
Terrible communication, disorganized. I called twice and left a message to inquire about my upcoming appointment, and never received a call back. Called a third time and finally got through and the receptionist said she didn't have my phone number to call me back. I left my phone number and DOB in both messages. Can you not check the upcoming schedule for my name and return my call? On top of that, I never actually saw the doctor I scheduled with - only a nurse practitioner.
