Terrible communication, disorganized. I called twice and left a message to inquire about my upcoming appointment, and never received a call back. Called a third time and finally got through and the receptionist said she didn't have my phone number to call me back. I left my phone number and DOB in both messages. Can you not check the upcoming schedule for my name and return my call? On top of that, I never actually saw the doctor I scheduled with - only a nurse practitioner.
Terrible. Will hang up on you
While the NP herself was lovely, the administration is disorganized. Messed up my appointment, never sent the results of my PAP or any of the other things I asked for. Just utterly unprofessional and irresponsible. For my first appt, I never received any real confirmation of my appointment after calling directly to make it. I tried calling the day before to confirm but never got through. Dr Pollard and her team took excellent care of me during my pregnancy. & My c section experience with her was great.
