Where is my honest review that you refused to post stating you misled me as I have 6 ads stating NEW GAS BOILER. You misled and I didnât have a broker so you doubled dipped and took full commission. If you had a heart you would have given the difference for the boiler that your husband Glenn wanted 10,500 at a discount. Real honest person! Geralyn: TOTALLY misled us in the purchase of our home. I was told that the house was redone due to Sandy. Which it was. BUT Geralyn also advertised that a NEW gas boiler was installed which was a LIE. Also was told to REPLACE a new bulkhead and dock was $18K. Actually price is 40k-60k but I later found out the 20k was to Repair it. I did not have a broker so Geralyn was able to keep the commission from both ends. Rosie Bozza was excellent! She was friendly and very professional. She responded to my emails in a timely manor with the information I was inquiring about. This was my first experience going through a realitor and she made quite pleasant. I would highly recommend Rosie and would use her services in the future if needed.
