I can’t get return calls or an estimate. I’m very disappointed because the company has been fabulous in the past.
I called them to get a quote for some work. Nick came out and said I would have a quote by the end of the week. Well over a monrh later and several calls by me asking about the status of the quote, I still do not have one. I guess my job was not important enough for them.
Had them come out for an estimate Tuesday, 8/28/18 and was told to expect an email by the end of the week detailing the work and the costs. Two weeks and multiple phone calls later, I still haven't even received the estimate.
I highly recommend them. I had a house fire and they are working on my house at the present time. they have been helpful, professional and sensitive to what I'm going through. They answer all of my questions in a way that I can understand. since I am not fluent in contractor lingo I am very grateful for that.
