overall everything was okay I just think that it could have cost less
Everyone was great from the beginning. Said they were scheduling a few weeks out and got a call soon after that they could come out next day. Workers arrived early and did a good job greeting the moss off the roof. I emailed them with a question about the moss and the owner called me right away. This is how business should be. Great job Above and Beyond!!
They called an hour before the first attempt, but had equipment failure that at first was thought to be low water pressure here. Later found out it was due to equipment failure. That happens, so do not hold against them at all. They even gave us a discount for the delay.Our house had dirt and mold and they got it all off! Highly recommend this company for power washing. We plan to contact them soon for snow removal quote and plan to use them again for power washing.
On time, great job. Upfront with all the work to be done and any complications that needed to be discussed. Fair price for the amount of work they did.
The response to my request for an estimate was prompt, in person as requested not just based on google maps and in a good price range, They left printed material explaining their services available which I have already passed on to my daughter. The service providers were prompt, careful and respectful of my property and cleaned up all equipment they used.
Had a few communication problems but all concerns were taken care of right away. Two people performed washing my roof and siding on house and garage, brightened gutters, cleaned concrete drive and sidewalk and wood deck in one day. Very easy to work with.
They really did go above and beyond. They power washed or house, garage and pole barn. We are very please. Nice people and it looked like they have been working together for years.
Very professional people. I would definetly hire them again.
