Jesse from Above and Beyond recently performed a follow up with me. Can't say enough about his service. Timely, professional, efficient and informative. Really stays in touch and does a great job.
Jesse had great communication on arrival times and was extremely knowledgeable during the termite treatment. He gave a great breakdown of what was going on and what he was going to do. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was good and to reach out if anything was needed. If above and beyond is coming out make sure you get Jesse!!

With the last two visits, the techs have not brushed around areas near the windows. I think that is supposed to be a part of the routine service?
