My opinion of Ty Shelton is that he's not only unprofessional, but also extremely dishonest. I wish I had read the reviews online before hiring him. We hired him to make some minor repairs to our driveway. His commitment was to do the repairs on July 26. We paid him on July 14 because we were going on a vacation on July 26 (we thought if he did the work while we're gone, then the driveway will have plenty of time to dry off). DO not pay this company any money!! Requested full payment for job not completed, began working on June 16th, and have not completed the job it is now July 17th. Said he was waiting on laminate that shipped on the 29th, said he had the laminate and materials a couple a few days later while he was working on a another job after taking my money in full. Wanted all the money up front and did not complete the job! Told us he ordered materials with our money and will not give it to us to at least have a third party finish the job. Spoke to the police today filing charges in the morning for theft of property and stealing our money. Charged us double for countertop boards and tried to charge us more for cabinets that were cheaper at Lowe's in the initial invoice.
