I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. From the time I walked in the door I was not greeted by one person. After 10 minutes I asked if I had to sign in or something. Had my hair cut and colored. Color turned out great but the cut was not what I had asked for. I showed a picture and shared that I would like for it to be all one length.
