Thank you for seeing me even though I turned up at the wrong office, however in the future when sending out a reminder please inform the client of the correct office - your current reminder looks like Hanover is the office of the appointment - thanx once again

I was a little disappointed to find out I was seeing a different dentist than the one I had scheduled my appointment with. I had called a few days before to pass along some information to Dr Jeff before I got there and that’s when I found out he wasn’t going to be there. In the future, notification from the office would be appreciated. Otherwise the visit was fine. Thank you

I was having a problem with bleeding and not knowing if it was from my teeth or my gums. Turns out I have a small pimple on my gums and my upper denture would irritate it at times. It was suggested that I see an oral surgeon and have it checked out. I really appreciate that they found the problem when I was in the office and now I can have it taken care of. Thank you!
