You weren't here. Ty was told in advance it was a guaranteed reservation just like a hotel. There's no need to escalate this, which is why I did not respond sooner. Ty and Catie's dad threatened us with physical violence, so it was certainly time to cool things off. I hope you will understand that and do so.
I think this place is very unprofessional seeing how they delete reviews off their site if they aren't good ones. Try treating your customers respectfully and they wouldn't leave negative reviews!

Respect would have been Catie Sells and her dad not screaming threats and cussing in front of other clients until we had to call police. Catie and her sister started out by parking in a clearly marked handicapped slot when a handicapped woman was on her way, then said they were one short on a party of three when the therapists had driven from other towns.
