We had a great experience with Above and Beyond. The entire team including Chandler, Tom, Alfredo, and Paul were all very conscientious and very detailed oriented. They cleaned the area up every evening. Their communication on the project and any issues encountered was amazing. The person they had in charge of the sprinkler fix was also very good.
I had a very negative experience with Above and Beyond. I do not recommend hiring them for any sprinkler system repair. This is what happened. I had moved into my house last fall. When I recently tried to use the sprinkler system, I discovered that the heads were not working, so I called Above and Beyond to repair them. Three “professionals” with two vans came to my house, but they still couldn’t figure out why my system wasn’t working.
