As a real estate sales person, I attend a lot of home inspections. Jim from Above and Below is on my list of favorite inspectors. His inspections are thorough without taking all day and he is super knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure the home buyer understands everything that will be in his report and addresses all of their questions. He provides great customer service to agents and home buyers and I highly recommend him.

Jim is amazing!!!!! he did 2 separate inspections for 2 properties I fell in love with. and despite the attachment I had to the first property, Jim wasn't afraid to tell us, this would be an extremely expensive mistake. Thank God for Jim because when I found my forever home, Jim didnt find a thing!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Jim if you'd like an honest, thorough inspections with attention to detail!
