Treated like a nuisance from the girls at the counter. My daughter had a Brazilian blowout and was sent home with the chemicals still in her hair. $400 and they don’t finish the job? Not only that - the chemicals are bad for you so you want them rinsed out. This is a health code violation.
I had the BEST experience here. I was able to get a last-minute appointment on a Saturday, and my stylist Alexa gave me exactly what I was hoping for ... gorgeous pink hair! She was very professional and had no qualms with taking what I wanted and making it work on my hair. Couldn’t be happier.

Had my hair done there today. It looked amazing when I left. However, they charged me $55 for less than a trim. Definitely disappointed that I wasn’t told in advance that I would be charged that much for a trim that was so little that it was done when my hair was dry.
I’m new to the area and really wanted a spa day for my birthday... having not been to a spa outside of getting a massage on the beach in the Caribbean I didn’t know what to expect. I can say that I was pleased with my experience that I would totally do it again. Might be a birthday thing for me after this year. Tara, my massage therapist, was excellent! Very professional and very friendly atmosphere.
Had acrylic overlays put on with 2 tips beginning of the month. Scheduled fill in for 3 weeks. Got home and noticed that the nails on my left hand weren’t painted fully to the edge. And the 1 tip on my right has a chip on the side. Went to cancel appointment today with Cher, misspoke during the message I left and said Cheryl and the receptionist said there’s no appointment for me even scheduled.
