I will never get a cake from this place again the foundation of the cake was terrible the cake tilted to the side. when I called and told her she didn’t want to take responsibility for the fact that the cake was not properly boxed or made. If you made the cake correctly the bottom wouldn’t have lifted but I guess that’s what happens when you get rushed worked because the cake definitely wasn’t ready when I got there. For my first time going to this bakery...I am very disappointed! I ordered a cake for my daughter 18th bday... went to pick it up yesterday got there early... she Never came out to greet me,her son relayed what she was saying from the back,than told me Well my ticket said 7pm okay so I went home... My cake didn’t get done to almost 10pm!!! She may do good cakes, but Very UnProfessional! If you set a time then that’s the time scheduled otherwise let the customer know!!!!
This place is horrible ��asked for a unicorn cake got a sheep cake then they wouldn’t give refund the customer service was so poor I am reporting them to the news !!! Omg
