0/5. I went in for acne treatment. They perscribed me this cream that I went to pick up at a pharmacy only to find out it is $70 for a tiny amount that has to be renewed monthly. No one ever mentioned the price of it until I was at the pharmacy either. I wasted my time, effort & energy when I could have just just stuck to Amazon
Jolena, a PA, was very thorough in the examination of my skin. She had a great personality and a caring attitude. She respected my privacy while examining the private areas. The office staff were friendly. The office was bright and sanitary. The building, however, lacks signage, so you are not sure of where the office is. Overall, a positive experience.
I have now worked with multiple doctors and nurses at this office over the last five years and am so grateful for their care. They have treated a variety of skin concerns with prompt and thoughtful plans. Their reassurance and management of chronic conditions is unmatched by other providers. I always feel like I'm in the best hands at About Skin Dermatology.
I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen for many years, have been very pleased with how he has taken care of my skin issues, and would highly recommend him and his office.
