She was very nice, patient and answered every question I had. Rick did our inspection. Dave did a great job going through the house and seeing what was good and what might need fixed. While the items found were minor, it was great knowing ahead of time what needed done. The fact that they give us a flyer stating that we have a "move in ready home" makes me feel better going into the selling process, but also protects the buyer. Now, the buyer knows that they are getting what they pay for and need not worry about major items coming up after making an offer.
