RecommendedMarisol is the Best ever!
Went to have my daughters 1st haircut and my daughter had a blast shes trying to get everyone to cut their hair now. Marisol was awesome! Great with kids and very patient. I recommend Marisol hands down to everyone.

I called twice, left 2 messages, plus sent a Facebook message as well. I never received a callback or anything. I work in customer service and I understand the importance of returning messages in a timely manner to maintain great customer service and satisfaction. I’m very disappointed with your customer service. Your website and reviews do not reflect the same experience I had.
I had made reservations in 3 weeks advance for me and my husband to get a couples massage for our anniversary and the lady did not show up for us . I was offered to come back same day at 1:30pm, but they could not guarantee me that they could give our massages at the same time . Needless to say I will never go there again or recommend this place !!!!
You absolutely CANNOT go to Gatlinburg and not visit the About You Salon. Amazing people, place, and service. I would give it 6 stars if I had that option 😊❤️👍
Claudette is an amazing person, she did a wonderful cut on my 13 year old daughter who decided she wanted to cut all her long thick hair off... Once again Claudette did a wonderful job! My 17 year old son decided it was time to cut all his thick long hair off and she was the only one he would trust to do it...
Marisol did my hair for my wedding and I was very happy with it she also did my flower girls hair which was very pretty. Tracy did a wonderful job on my mother’s and nieces hair! Brooke’s makeup for everyone was wonderful also. We had an appointment at 8 and was out by 10:30. Highly recommended place for hair/make up. Everyone was super nice and done things exactly how we wanted them!!
Marisol did an absolute beautiful job on my hair for my wedding day! HIGHLY recommend❤️
