I arrived for my appointment to replace some old fillings, clutching a foam stress ball. When Dr. Lane saw this, he asked if I had anxiety about dental procedures. In a word, YES. He offered me nitrous oxide. I’m in my 50s and no dentist has ever suggested this to me, so I have been accustomed to white-knuckling my way through fillings. The entire staff is super friendly, joyful, and knowledgeable!:). My first visit today was awesome - Dawn, Dr Lane and (I forgot her name but she is a Scorpio!:) are very personable and huggable!:) I highly recommend this place. I will have my silver fillings from when I was a kid replaced next week:) Both Dawn and Dr. Lane answered all my questions. I will be sharing with everyone I know “About Smiles”!:)
Dr. Hoover and the other folks in this office are all very caring and competent. They pay attention to your whole mouth and provide outstanding explanations.
