I wouldnt recommend this storage facility to my worst enemy! No notifiacation, no phone call nothing bam your stuff is gone!!!! Thanks alot About Self Storage that was all of my childrens memories and mine!!! Was there for 8 years and you dont think I deserved a phone call????
DO NOT do business with the storage facility. They will promise you a refund (pro-rated portion of monies unused) for early move outs before the 1st of the month. They WILL NOT refund your money. I paid for a full month & was told to expect to receive about a \$40.00 refund in about 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later & was told that they do not give refunds of unused monies, and if you dont pay the full months amount you cant pick up your property out of the storage unit.
