When it comes to customer satisfaction, there is no one on this PLANET better than Mr. Jeff. He is the most altruistic man providing a service I've EVER met. My particular procedure was extremely effective initially but the results didn't last as long as I'd expected. Mr. Jeff was very attentive to my concerns, patient with my frustrations, and knowledgeable when it came to a solution.
I received a gift card for Botox from my husband and in all honesty I did not believe I would like About Face but figured I would give it a try. Boy was I wrong!! Mr. G is very informative, welcoming and gentle on the skin. His knowledge left me not wanting to go else where and quickly gained my trust. Mr. G made me feel genuinely cared for. Just stopped in for my first ever BOD pod test. Stephanie and Jeff had a warm and welcoming staff. The place is spotless and has very informative posters that are fun to read. I went in with the mind set that it was going to be a 30+min process. I was completely wrong, it was quick and painless. Stephanie makes you feel very comfortable.
