For years I've suffered from cold sensitive spots on my teeth. I've used prescription fluoride tooth pastes, and commercial tooth pastes for sensitive teeth. Nothing has helped. One week after following Pamela Lynch's advice, I can drink ice water pain free. Also, I absolutely can't stand the taste of mint. Pamela developed a regimen for me to maintain healthy teeth and gums without enduring the harsh taste of mint. I enjoyed--yes,enjoyed--the most thorough teeth cleaning I've ever had. I'm a patient for life!
