We had new blinds and shutters installed on our new construction condo at the Grove. We are happy with the product, other than the blind on our backdoor that fell down on one side and will not go up or down. We have left repeated messages since Thanksgiving and no one has responded. Does anyone know if they went out of business?
We purchased blinds and shutters from them for our rental condo this past summer. Product seemed well made and we had no issues until the week of Thanksgiving while closing the back door one side of the roller shade fell off. My husband tried to reattach but it wouldn’t open or close. We called About Face Blinds and no one would answer or return our messages for repair. We hired About Face to install wood blinds for all 15 windows in our new home. The blinds have worked flawlessly for 12 years of daily use (several are run up and down every day). We're glad they sell quality products! However, a recent call to acquire replacement clips was met with indifference; so I had to purchase them elsewhere.
The plantation shutters and light filtering blinds installed by About Face Blinds are beautiful. Sharon and the tech were great to work with…prompt, professional, pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend!
