We hired About Face to install wood blinds for all 15 windows in our new home. The blinds have worked flawlessly for 12 years of daily use (several are run up and down every day). We're glad they sell quality products! However, a recent call to acquire replacement clips was met with indifference; so I had to purchase them elsewhere.
The plantation shutters and light filtering blinds installed by About Face Blinds are beautiful. Sharon and the tech were great to work with…prompt, professional, pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend!

This place is a 🤬zoo!! I used to work as a Lead Installer there so I know the in's and out's. The owners wife using racial derogatory terms in a meeting with me & the previous Operations Manager Nick Knous. The self appointed "Office manager"Joanne talks behind ALL employees backs. I didn’t really appreciate the customer service or Lack there of Rather! Upon walking in I wasn’t greeted at all. And it may just been me but I felt like I was being looked at as if I couldn’t afford anything. So didn’t no one ask if I needed help. I had questions too. I was looking for a more upscale look for one of my barber suite shop locations, But ya know after about 15 minutes of looking around and no one approached me I really just walked out.
