Have had a really positive experience with Abode Strata since they have been managing our complex. Jess has been super professional, responsive and helpful and I really appreciate the assistance she has provided. Abode’s online portal is also really handy for keeping up to date with documents, contact detail etc.
We changed to Abode Strata at short notice in January 2024. 5 months in, we had our first AGM this evening and we couldn't be happier we crossed over to the Abode Team! We’ve had our strata lot in Balga with Abode for a few years now. Our strata manager, Jess, has always been helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Jess and Abode to anyone looking for skilful management.
Highly recommend Abode to represent strata property owners. They are professional, honest and go above and beyond their scope of duties to provide support and advice to their clients. Abode took over management of our strata development from an incompetent, troublesome strata company and continue to make every effort to assist us in getting back into a professional and operational council.
